DALLAS (Nov. 5, 2026) — Flix North America, parent company of Greyhound and FlixBus and the continent's largest intercity bus service, today announced that both brands have been recognized on Newsweek's America's Best Customer Service 2027 list.

Presented in partnership with Statista, a leading provider of market and consumer data, the annual ranking recognizes companies that deliver outstanding customer experiences across industries and is based on an independent survey of more than 200,000 customer evaluations. Companies were assessed on criteria including likelihood to recommend, quality of communication, professional competence, customer focus, range of services and accessibility.

The recognition reflects Flix North America's continued investment in the passenger experience across both brands, including fleet enhancements, expanded digital tools and operational improvements designed to make travel more reliable and convenient.

"Being recognized by consumers is especially meaningful because it reflects the experiences passengers have with Greyhound and FlixBus every day," said Karina Frayter, Head of Corporate Affairs at Flix North America. "Bus travel is gaining momentum as more people recognize its value as an affordable, reliable and comfortable alternative to flying or driving. Our team is focused on delivering a positive passenger experience from booking to arrival, and this recognition reflects their commitment to customers.

"The recognition also aligns with customer satisfaction trends we see in our internal customer feedback and Net Promoter Scores across both brands. We're pleased to see that our efforts are resonating with travelers and motivating us to continue raising the bar."
