PHILADELPHIA, April 15, 2026 — Greyhound, a Flix North America brand and the largest provider of intercity bus services in the United States, is proud to announce that Garage Manager, Taylor Grillo, was recognized by The Greater Northeast Motorcoach Association (GNEMA) for his outstanding leadership and contributions across the industry.
Based in Philadelphia, Grillo received the GNEMA Motorcoach Professional Award, an honor that recognizes individuals who are raising the standard of safety, reliability, and operational performance across the motorcoach industry.
As Garage Manager, Grillo plays a critical role in ensuring fleet readiness and safety while building a collaborative, high-performing team environment. His work supporting operations and strengthening service quality in the Northeast region has contributed to measurable improvements in fleet reliability, safety, and more dependable service for customers.
The recognition comes as Greyhound continues to invest in improving reliability and the customer experience amid growing demand for intercity bus travel across the United States.
