DALLAS, March 31, 2026 Greyhound, a Flix North America brand, is proud to announce that Area Driver Manager Amantuallah Lucas and driver Constance Davidson have been recognized by the Pennsylvania Bus Association (PBA) for their outstanding contributions to the motorcoach industry and their exceptional leadership, professionalism, and commitment to safety.

Amantuallah Lucas Named PBA Employee of Distinction Award

On March 30 in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, Amantuallah Lucas was presented with the PBA Employee of Distinction Award, recognizing her exceptional leadership and operational impact.

Lucas, currently based in New York City, began her Greyhound career as a driver and steadily advanced into management, now serving as an Area Driver Manager for the Northeast region. Under her leadership, her region has become the most operationally successful in the country, reflecting disciplined execution, strong team culture, and an unwavering focus on performance and safety.

“Amantuallah represents the very best of Greyhound’s culture of opportunity and accountability,” said Rodney Surber, chief operations officer at Greyhound. “Her journey from the driver’s seat to leading one of our highest-performing regions is a testament to her leadership, operational acumen, and commitment to excellence. The transformation she’s led demonstrates what’s possible when empowered teams are aligned around clear standards and a shared mission.”

Constance Davidson Receives PBA Driver of Distinction Award

Greyhound driver Constance Davidson in the Northeast region, was also honored with the PBA Driver of Distinction Award, recognizing 27 years of accident-free professional driving.

The award spotlights motorcoach operators who exemplify the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service. Davidson’s nearly three decades of flawless performance underscore Greyhound’s many experienced operators who safely move millions of passengers each year.

Notably, the PBA Driver of Distinction Award has previously served as a springboard for national recognition: Greyhound driver Crawford Lassiter received the honor last year before going on to become the first motorcoach driver ever to win the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance’s International Driver Excellence Award.

“Connie’s 27-year accident-free record reflects extraordinary discipline and professionalism,” Surber added. “Our drivers are the backbone of our operations, and recognitions like this reinforce the safety-first culture that defines Greyhound today.”

A Broader Reflection of Greyhound’s Transformation

These prestigious awards highlight the depth of experience and leadership across Greyhound’s Northeast footprint and reinforce the company’s broader transformation under Flix ownership.

Since acquiring Greyhound in 2021, Flix has implemented a modernized fleet, a data-driven technology platform, and a regionally empowered operating model — driving measurable improvements in operational performance, reliability, and customer experience.

These awards demonstrate that transformation is powered by people: professional drivers, operational leaders, and dedicated team members who set the standard for safety and operational excellence every day across North America.

Greyhound, together with its sister brand FlixBus, operates the largest intercity bus network in North America, serving more than 1,800 destinations across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.
